Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Private Client Tax department, ensuring delivery of high-quality advisory and compliance services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and other key clients
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and clients on complex tax matters
  • Identify opportunities for new business and contribute to the firm's strategic objectives
  • Oversee the training and development of junior staff
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant legislation and internal policies
Requirements
  • CTA and/or ACA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in Private Client Tax at a senior level
  • Strong leadership and client relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and commercial awareness
  • Must have a minimum of 6 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
