The Opportunity
Due to ongoing success and business growth, they are looking for a Commercial Account Handler to join their team in Telford. This is a full-time, permanent position, based fully in the office offering a competitive salary of up to £38,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
As a Commercial Account Handler, you will:

* Provide expert advice on commercial insurance products and risk management strategies

* Manage new business enquiries, renewals, and mid-term adjustments

* Liaise confidently with clients and underwriters to negotiate and secure favourable terms

* Prepare and issue accurate, compliant policy documentation

* Support Account Executives with administrative and client-facing tasks

* Deliver a high standard of customer service, fostering long-term client relationships

What We're Looking For
We're seeking candidates who bring a mix of industry knowledge and a customer-first mindset. You'll ideally have:

* Proven experience (ideally 10 years) handling commercial insurance

* Strong administrative and organisational skills

* Solid understanding of commercial insurance products and market dynamics

* Proficiency in Acturis

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

* A strong track record in client retention and service delivery

* Up-to-date knowledge of FCA, DPA, and insurance compliance standards
