• Supporting class teachers in delivering interactive and engaging lessons

• Working one-to-one or with small groups to support pupil learning

• Helping manage classroom behaviour and routines

• Gaining practical experience to support future teacher training or educational roles

• Graduates with a minimum 2:2 degree in any subject

• Individuals with a genuine passion for working with children

• Strong communicators with a positive, can-do attitude

• Experience with children (voluntary or paid) is beneficial but not essential

• Must have (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

• Flexible and willing to work across different schools in the Sheffield area
