Brief Overview of Role

The Senior Quantity Surveyor provides commercial management and contract administration support to the Project Team and Senior Leadership Team.

*

Provide support/advice to the Project Team team on the day-to-day commercial risks and associated issues that arise during the cycle of the project.

*

Ensure compliance with Company commercial and/or contracts policies and or procedures.

Key Requirements

*

A formal qualification in Quantity Surveying (desirable).

*

Relevant professional accreditation (desirable).

*

Demonstrable experience in similar role within the construction industry (min. 3 years).

Salary: £80k-£100k + Car allowance

5 day week/9 day fortnight
