Senior Project Manager – Engineering (Hybrid, Full-Time, Permanent)

Location: New Milton

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex electro-mechanical engineering design projects for our Hampshire based client. This hands-on role is key to aligning technical projects with business objectives, managing resources, timelines, budgets, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams through all project phases
• Manage schedules, budgets, resources, and risk
• Ensure quality standards and engineering best practices are met
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular project updates
• Mentor junior team members and support training initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
• Proven experience delivering complex engineering projects end-to-end
• Strong technical understanding of engineering principles
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage budgets and adapt to evolving requirements
