We are seeking a motivated and buoyant Learning Support Assistant to join a respected secondary school Academy in Hornchurch.

The Role:

• A rewarding full-time Learning Support Assistant role within a secondary school in Upminster.
• Working closely with secondary school students with learning difficulties, making a genuine difference to their daily learning and wellbeing.
• Providing tailored 1:1 and small-group support both in and beyond the classroom.
• Playing a key role in supporting emotional regulation, positive behaviour, and meaningful engagement in education.

What we expect from you:

• Truly passionate about supporting young people with complex and additional needs.
• Calm, patient, and resilient, with the ability to build trusting, positive relationships.
• Experience supporting children or young people with learning difficulties or behavioural needs is welcome, but not essential - the right attitude matters most.
• Committed to a full-time role in Upminster and motivated to grow within a supportive educational environment.
