We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join one our primary schools in Lambeth.

About the Role:

Supporting children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) with their learning and development.
Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where children can thrive.
Assisting with small group work, play-based learning and 1:1 support where needed.
Working closely with teachers, parents and colleagues to nurture children's progress.
Encouraging independence, curiosity and social skills through play and structured activities.About You:

Experience working with children in Early Years (Nursery/Reception) is desirable.
A relevant Early Years or childcare qualification (Level 2/3) is preferred, but strong experience will also be considered.
Patient, compassionate and adaptable with excellent communication skills.
