Installation Plumber - Commercial Re-fits

Commercial FM Consultancy are looking for an Installation Plumber (NVQ Level 2 & Level 3) to join its Southern team covering commercial sites including Offices, Education, Retail and Mix-Use across the Essex, Kent and London region.

Experience summary for the Installation Plumber

* Proven experience operating as an Installation Plumber on commercial sites.

* Hold minimum Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing and have completed your G3 Unvented.

* Full UK driving licence holder with flexibility to travel across the Essex, Kent and London

* Ability to cover overtime when necessary.

The Installation Plumber duties to include:

* Carry out installation on pipework including hot and cold-water systems, fitting of fixtures/appliances, pressure testing/leak detection and working off drawings and plumbing schematics.

* Use tablets to maintain site reports and work progress.

* Performing selected maintenance on systems and provide clients with guidance for any additional work required.
