Job Description:We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Temporary English Teacher to work across secondary schools in the Birmingham area. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging and effective English lessons to KS3 and KS4 students, helping them to achieve their academic potential during a period of staff absence or increased demand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver English lessons in line with the national curriculum

• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress

• Create a positive and supportive classroom environment

• Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills

• Experience teaching English at secondary level

• Flexibility to work across different school settings
