Are you a self-motivated sales professional with a passion for technical solutions? Looking for a role where your expertise is valued and your territory is ready for growth?

We're looking for an Area Sales Manager to join a global leader in industrial tools and assembly solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a well-established territory that includes Worcestershire to the Southwest and South Wales - with a strong existing customer base, especially in aerospace.

🚀 What You'll Be Doing

* Building lasting relationships with customers - from new prospects to long-standing clients

* Driving growth by identifying opportunities and introducing new products

* Collaborating with technical experts, marketing, and inside sales to deliver complete solutions

* Managing your pipeline in Salesforce and staying organised with your own schedule

* Supporting and growing partnerships with local distributors (3-4 active today)

* Providing hands-on product demos and crafting proposals that close deals

👀 What We're Looking For

✅ Proven B2B sales experience - ideally in technical, engineering, or industrial sectors
✅ A proactive, growth mindset - you're driven and love a challenge
✅ Strong communication and presentation skills
✅ CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
✅ Based within the territory and holding a valid UK driving licence
