• Participate in new builds and refurbishment projects, applying your expertise to enhance community facilities.
• Manage job tasks and update records in real time using handheld devices.
• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring tenant satisfaction with completed work.
• Mentor and support apprentices and trainees, fostering skill development within the team.
• Stay updated with the latest regulations and maintain relevant certifications.

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Gas?
• Proven experience in domestic and/or commercial settings.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using technology (e.g., tablets) for work management.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Flexibility to work occasional out-of-hours or provide emergency cover.
