We are seeking a qualified accountant to take ownership of the accounting and reporting for a media agency based in Hammersmith. This role is 4 days in the office and plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong compliance, and effective collaboration across multiple teams and regions. This role is 4 days in the office and 1 day WFH.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quarterly accounts, including reconciliations, reporting packs, and financial schedules
• Manage weekly front-of-house reconciliations and post activity into SAP.
• Complete and review balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP and internal control standards.
• Partner with Finance, Controllership, and Compliance teams to deliver timely reporting.
• Prepare and present at quarterly country close meetings.
• Support statutory audits and ad-hoc management requests.
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and maintain high standards.
