The Role

The Reliability Engineering Manager will take ownership of asset reliability strategy across a site that operates largely manual processes. You will be responsible for improving equipment uptime, developing preventative maintenance systems, and driving a structured asset care approach.

Working closely with Engineering, Production, and Site Leadership teams, you will act as the subject matter expert for reliability, supporting a culture shift towards proactive rather than reactive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement site-wide asset care and reliability strategies

*

Improve OEE and reduce downtime through structured root cause analysis

*

Coach engineers and operators on best practice maintenance and asset ownership

*

Embed preventative and predictive maintenance principles

*

Analyse breakdown trends and identify continuous improvement opportunities

*

Support capital projects with reliability input

About You

Minimum 2 years' experience in asset care systems and reliability strategy

*

Strong understanding of maintenance planning and continuous improvement tools

*

Comfortable working in a highly manual production environment

*

Hands-on, visible, and confident influencing cross-functional teams

*

Excellent problem-solving and coaching skills
