A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Site Manager / Finishing Manager, to commence a new role in Bristol.

This opportunity is in relation to a well known, prestigious mixed use development, consisting of Residential, Commercial Build, Educational, Retail, Leisure and Infrastructure elements. However, this role in particular would be based across a £150M new build element of the scheme, with the end product being Student Accommodation.

Your new company are a large global group, operating across multiple sectors and industries. My clients development arm, are the subsidiary of the organisation recruiting for this role.

Additional Information:

* Site Manager / Finishing Manager - Final stages of Finishing, Snagging, and Handover of units and plots. Field View Snagging Software being utilised.
