The Role:
You will work alongside teachers and the SENCo to support students across Key Stage 3 and 4. Your focus will be on assisting with learning, behaviour, and supporting those with additional needs.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting learning in a range of subjects
Working with individual pupils or small groups to improve confidence and skills
Assisting with classroom management and preparation of resources
Supporting students with special educational needs
Gaining valuable experience of secondary school teaching and curriculum
