Job Title: Fire & Security Install Engineer
Location: Mobile role covering Birmingham and surrounding areas
Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum (depending on experience)

A well-established fire and security company is seeking an experienced Fire & Security Engineer to join their team. This is a mobile position ideal for a skilled engineer confident in install work across a variety of systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Install fire alarm, intruder, CCTV, and access control systems

*

Diagnose and repair faults efficiently and accurately

*

Work to industry standards and company procedures

*

Deliver excellent customer service on-site and over the phone

*

Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

Essential Requirements:

*

Proven experience working on fire and/or security systems

*

Good understanding of installation and commissioning practices

*

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

Desirable:

*

Experience with smoke ventilation systems

*

Familiarity with leading brands such as Texecom, Galaxy, Hikvision, and Paxton

*

Relevant industry certifications (ECS, FIA, IPAF, or similar)
