Frontend Software Engineer

5 Month contract initially
Based: Remote due to COVID
Rate - £450 - £475 per day

We have an excellent opportunity with a global leading organisation, a true leader in their field. We are looking for a Frontend Software Engineer to join the team on a great project.

You will be develop frontend software artefacts to meet user needs using React and JavaScript within a microservices and micro-front ends approach.
Working closely with stakeholders to understand their user needs to ensure efficient approaches are used to deliver software solutions that meet those user needs.

Key Responsibilities:
*Define and operate message interfaces to support an event driven architecture.
*Write automated unit test scripts to test frontend software artefacts.
*Working with Test Automation Engineers write automated behaviour driven test scripts to test frontend software artefacts (e.g. Selenium, Cucumber, etc.).
*Review code written by other software engineers to verify its quality and ensure it meets coding standards using appropriate GitHub Workflow.

Key Skills & Experience:
*React and JavaScript
*REST API
*GitHub
*Selenium, Cucumber
*CI/ CD and TDD
*Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile delivery.
*Strong knowledge of REST API
