£40,000 - £45,000 + Overtime OTE £53,000 + Company Bonus + 33 Days Holiday + benefits

Are you a Lead Maintenance Engineer, Supervisor or similar from an industrial or manufacturing background, looking for a senior role in a market leading company, where you will be the go-to maintenance specialist and lead a team of engineers working on cutting edge processing machinery?

In this role you will be responsible for the electrical and mechanical maintenance of processing machinery such as filter pressers, cranes, chillers and conveyors. This is a varied role, where you will also lead a team of engineers and be responsible for budgeting and maintenance scheduling.

This role would suit an enthusiastic Lead maintenance Engineer, Supervisor or similar from an industrial or manufacturing background looking to step into a leadership role for a well-established company.

The Role:

• Compliance checks on all factory equipment
• Maintenance activities on cranes and factory machinery
• Progress to a Maintenance Manager and lead a team of engineers
• Monday-Friday, flexible start and finish, 40 hours per week

• Lead Maintenance Engineer/Supervisor or similar
• Industrial or manufacturing background
