Finance Programme Manager
Contract | Hybrid (1 day per week onsite)
We are supporting an organisation embarking on a significant finance transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Finance Programme Manager to help shape and deliver the roadmap.
This role will focus on bringing together several transformation initiatives across finance and the wider business, helping to improve processes, systems, and ways of working while operating alongside a broader ERP landscape.
The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating multiple workstreams, establishing governance and engaging stakeholders across the organisation to drive change.
The Role
This position will help bring structure and direction to a complex environment, supporting the delivery of a finance transformation programme and ensuring progress across a number of workstreams.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coordinating finance transformation activity across multiple workstreams
- Supporting current state assessments of finance processes and systems
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls, and ways of working
- Helping to drive standardisation and operational improvements across teams
- Establishing and supporting programme governance and reporting structures
- Working closely with technology and transformation teams
- Supporting initiatives focused on automation, efficiency, and process improvement
- Engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across finance and the wider business
- Ensuring alignment across teams and maintaining momentum across the programme
What We're Looking For
- Experience delivering finance transformation or large-scale change programmes
- Strong understanding of finance operations and related business processes
- Experience working alongside ERP / SAP S4/HANNA or technology-enabled transformation programmes
- Ability to bring structure, prioritisation, and clarity to complex initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and operational teams
- Experience working in large organisations or consulting environments
- Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate competing priorities
