Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

PRS Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled Fabric Engineer to carry out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a high-profile commercial site located in Chiswick. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in building fabric maintenance who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out a wide range of building fabric repairs and maintenance tasks, including:

Carpentry
Painting & decorating
Tiling
Plastering
Flooring repairs
Glazing
Brickwork and fencing
Replace carpet and ceramic floor tiles as required
Replace suspended ceiling tiles and clean ceiling grilles
Support other engineers on site when needed
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
Deliver excellent customer service to site occupants and stakeholdersRequirements
City & Guilds qualification in one or more of the following:

Bricklaying
Plastering
Tiling
Painting & Decorating
Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
Strong understanding of facilities maintenance services
Excellent communication and customer service skills
