Production/Dispense Operative

Monday-Friday

8:30am-4:30pm

Are you hands-on, reliable and looking for a steady Monday-Friday role? Our client in Maidstone is looking for a Production/Dispense Operative to join their friendly manufacturing team.

What you'll be doing:

• Working within the dispensing area

• Reading and following recipes accurately

• Measuring out powders with precision

• Filling mixers and supporting the blending process

• Weighing tote bins in and out

• Manual handling of boxes up to 25kg

What we're looking for:

• Good attention to detail

• Ability to follow instructions and work safely

• Comfortable with manual handling

• A team player with a positive work ethic
