Senior / Associate Town Planner - London

I'm currently partnering with a leading planning and development advisory firm in London that is looking to strengthen its team with the addition of a talented planner at Senior or Associate level.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, commercially focused team working on some of the most exciting development projects across London and the UK.

The Role
You will play a key role in delivering planning advice across a diverse portfolio of projects, including large-scale mixed-use developments, residential schemes, commercial assets, and urban regeneration projects. The position offers real responsibility, client exposure, and the chance to contribute strategically from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Managing planning applications and appeals from inception to determination
Providing clear, commercially minded planning advice to a range of clients
Leading on stakeholder engagement, including local authorities and consultants
Preparing planning appraisals, strategies, and supporting documentation
Supporting and mentoring junior team members (for Associate-level candidates)About You

MRTPI qualified (or working towards)
Experience within a consultancy or client-side environment
Strong knowledge of the UK planning system, particularly in London
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
