A highly regarded boutique employment practice is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Partner to join its leadership team and develop a specialist disputes offering.
This is a rare opportunity to build and grow a commercial litigation practice within an established and respected firm, with a particular focus on shareholder and partnership disputes.

The firm already advises a strong and loyal client base - including founders, boards, partnerships and senior executives - which is largely untapped from a commercial litigation perspective, creating immediate and organic growth potential.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Established Commercial Litigation Partner (or Senior Legal Director / SC with partnership ambitions)
  • Demonstrable expertise in shareholder disputes, partnership disputes and related commercial litigation
  • Portable practice welcomed but not essential, given the strength of the existing client base
  • Commercial, collaborative and collegiate mindset
