Brookfield M&E are currently representing a well-known M&E building services contractor based in London. Due to securing two new commercial CAT A - CAT B fit out projects In central London our client are currently looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join the team and manage these contracts, both projects are full mechanical services installations including LTHW, HIUs and Air conditioning systems. The projects are ranging from £500k - £2.5m

We are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager who has similar experience working with a M&E building services contractor. Previous experience working with tier 1/ tier 2 clients would be beneficial.

* Client Liaison

* Working to Program

* Managing multiple projects and Mechanical Packages

* Running a team of 4 Mechanical Pms

* Co-coordinating with Electrical team.

* Dealing with Clients and Customers

* Technical Reviews

* Look ahead

* Managing site team and sub-contractors

* Implementing health and safety procedures
