Responsibilities:

As a Primary school Teacher, you will:

Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the individual needs of
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and mutual respect.
Use a range of teaching strategies and resources to facilitate active learning and student engagement.
Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback and implementing interventions where necessary.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective schemes of work and assessment strategies.
Foster a love for learning, install a growth mindset, and promote independent thinking among students.
Establish effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering open communication and collaboration.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification..
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive and positive learning environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Passion for education and a commitment to ensuring the academic and personal development of each student.
Ability to adapt teaching approaches to cater to the diverse needs of students.
