The Role

Customer Support Administrator

The ideal candidate will have previous data entry / customer service administration experience working in a fast paced and busy environment. Either from an administration /customer services background

Key Experience

* Ideally administration and customer service experience
* Ability to work in a fast paced team
* Good knowledge of Word, Excel and outlook
* Experience of complaints queries by telephone, email, social media and via
portals, whilst working to company guidelines
* Experience of creating reports and auditing using Microsoft Excel
* Experience of Handling escalations and high-level complaints and escalations
* Commute to Watford location
* ideally car driver
