Monday - Thursday 7:30am-4pm

Friday 7:30am-1pm
(Early Finish on Fridays)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established manufacturing organisation supplying a wide range of specialist products across multiple industrial sectors. With a strong reputation for quality and innovation, the business continues to grow and is now looking to strengthen its commercial team.

This role will play a key part in supporting future growth plans, combining inside sales, lead generation, and customer service responsibilities. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities through outbound activity, as well as supporting existing customers with orders, enquiries, and delivery coordination.

Working closely with the Commercial Director and wider sales team, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in a commercially focused, fast-paced environment.

Skills & Experience Needed:
• Proven experience within an Inside Sales or Sales Support role
• Confident in outbound activity including cold calling, email outreach, and lead follow-up
• Strong ability to identify customer needs and generate new business opportunities
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, driven and team-oriented approach
