Are you an ambitious Quantity Surveyor with previous experience in the industrial, distribution, logistics and data centre sectors, or a desire to transition into such sectors?
Whilst this well established multi-disciplined Building Consultancy works across multiple sectors, they are particularly busy in the industrial/distribution, data centre and retail sectors. Success in these key sectors has enabled strong growth over the last five years, opening offices across the EU and recently in SE Asia and the Middle East.
They have always welcomed and attracted talent with diverse experience from engineering, contractor and consultancy backgrounds.
Most staff are in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays, however they're also open to almost 100% WFH with one or two visits to the office per month.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Manage projects from feasibility through to final account.
• Ensure commercial and contractual success of projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Deliver value-for-money outcomes aligned with business objectives.
• Execute duties efficiently within established processes, in accordance with RICS guidance.
• Advise on, administer, and manage the tender process, including analysis and reporting.
• Support estimating, cost planning, and benchmarking activities.
• Review variation submissions and prepare accurate interim valuations.
• Drive commercial awareness across projects.

• MRICS or actively working towards.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, logistics, and warehouse projects ideally, but other sectors considered.
• Some consultancy experience required.

• Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Full UK driving licence required.
