Section Engineer - Major Infrastructure Project

We're recruiting a Section Engineer to join a major civils and infrastructure project in Suffolk.
This is a key role, taking ownership of a defined section of works on a large-scale, high-profile scheme.
🔧 Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a section of works
- Develop and maintain short-term programmes
- Supervise Site Engineers and coordinate delivery teams
- Manage QA processes including ITPs, inspections, and red-line drawings
- Prepare and approve RAMS, ensuring H&S compliance
- Liaise with designers, subcontractors, and supply chain
- Support planning, methodology, and problem-solving on site
✅ Requirements:
- Experience as a Section Engineer on major infrastructure projects
- Strong background in earthworks, drainage, and utilities diversions
- Good understanding of QA, RAMS, and construction delivery
- Strong communication and leadership skills
💡 Energy sector experience is beneficial but not essential.
