We're seeking an experienced Test & Repair Technician with a strong technical background in electrical and mechanical systems. This is a varied role combining customer support, technical maintenance, repairs, and production work.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and product support to UK and international customers via phone and email

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer enquiries efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction

• Carry out maintenance, repairs, wiring, assembly, and testing of equipment

• Support production, including preparing components, sub-assemblies, and harnesses

• Conduct pressure and electrical testing to maintain high quality standards

• Assist in developing new products and updating technical manuals/processes

• Monitor stock levels and maintain a safe, organised working environment

What We're Looking For

• Knowledge of single and three-phase electrical installations

• Strong problem-solving and technical fault-finding skills

• Ability to work flexibly as part of a team and maintain a professional approach with clients

• Organised, detail-oriented, and committed to high standards of quality

• French language skills would be an advantage but not essential
