Are you a passionate and experienced early years professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a motivated and confident Deputy Nursery Manager to support the day-to-day running of our vibrant and nurturing nursery in SE11.

About the Role:

As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager to:

Oversee the daily operations of the setting to ensure high-quality care and education

Lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding EYFS practice

Support staff development and help maintain a positive team culture

Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and the local community

Uphold safeguarding and health & safety standards at all times

Step into the Manager's role when required

We're Looking For Someone Who:

✅ Holds a Level 3 or higher qualification in Early Years
✅ Has proven experience in a senior or supervisory role within a nursery
✅ Demonstrates excellent knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and compliance
✅ Is a natural leader—confident, organised, and approachable
✅ Is passionate about creating inspiring learning environments for young children
