Senior Engineering Manager (AI/Development) - Remote - UK

This dynamic and exciting organisation requires an experience Manager to lead and transform their global development team into a high-performing, AI-enabled unit. This role will oversee the shift from unmanaged workflows to structured, Agile practices, drive adoption of AI within the .NET ecosystem, and lead the Git-to-GitHub migration. The successful candidate will ensure accountability, process excellence, and innovation across a geographically diverse team.

Key duties:

• Build a structured, accountable, and high-performing development team.
• Lead Git to GitHub migration with minimal disruption.
• Drive adoption of AI technologies within the .NET ecosystem and integrated database environments.
• Establish and track key development KPIs (cycle time, deployment frequency, CFR, etc.).
• Align team outputs with organizational strategy while managing global collaboration challenges.
