Our client is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator who thrives at the crossroads of marketing and education. This exciting role offers the opportunity to shape the brand voice, deliver impactful campaigns, and contribute to the development of innovative curriculum content that inspires learners.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Communications

Lead the planning, design, and delivery of creative social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).

Maintain and update website content to ensure it is engaging, accurate, and SEO-optimised.

Manage monthly content schedules for blogs, newsletters, and campaigns.

Liaise with the external marketing agency to coordinate campaign design, advertising, and brand promotion.

Ensure all communications reflect the client's brand voice, values, and inclusivity standards.

CRM & Digital Engagement

Manage and optimise the CRM system, using data to segment audiences and personalise campaigns.

Monitor engagement metrics and produce reports to inform recruitment and marketing strategy.

Support campaign automation and workflows to improve user journeys and efficiency.

Curriculum & Content Support

Assist with the creation and editing of online learning content and digital curriculum materials.

Ensure resources are high-quality, consistent, and accessible.

Provide editorial support including proofreading, formatting, and applying house style.

Collaboration & Teamwork

Liaise across departments to gather updates, success stories, and promotional opportunities.

Coordinate learner and employer feedback for marketing case studies.

Provide marketing and CRM guidance to colleagues as required.

Contribute to planning meetings, events, and cross-team projects.

Person Specification

Essential:

Experience in marketing and content creation (ideally across multiple channels).

Confident managing social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer).

Familiarity with CMS (WordPress or similar) and basic SEO.

Experience using CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce).

Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills.

Excellent time management and ability to balance multiple priorities.

A proactive, collaborative approach to team working.

Desirable:

Experience in education, training, or apprenticeships.

Familiarity with e-learning platforms (e.g. Moodle, Easygenerator).

Skills in Canva, Adobe, or video editing tools.

Awareness of accessibility and inclusivity in digital content.
