Hospital Compliance Executive - High Wycombe (Hybrid) Ethypharm is a European pharmaceutical whose mission is to improve patients' lives by providing essential drugs focusing on hospital care, central nervous system (severe pain, addiction) and internal medicine.
We are looking for a highly motivated team player to own and improve tender and framework compliance across designated NHS and private hospital accounts. You'll play a vital role identifying non-compliance and off-contract leakage, driving corrective actions with internal teams and hospital stakeholders, and ensuring supply and ordering routes support full contract adherence. Main responsibilities: Compliance Analytics & Control- Monitor sales and wholesaler data to track tender and framework compliance by Trust, route, SKU and price, presenting insights through a clear dashboard and exception list to highlight risks and leakage.
- Investigate root causes of non-compliance and work with KAMs, wholesalers and Supply Chain to implement and track corrective actions to closure.
Stakeholder Management & Behaviour Change- Partner with KAMs to set account-level compliance goals and deliver improvement plans, working closely with Trust/ICB procurement, pharmacy and clinical stakeholders.
Wholesaler & Supply Enablement- Work with our customers to ensure correct contract set-up, ordering pathways, and resolution of depot/route issues.
- Flag stock risks that threaten compliance; coordinate mitigations (allocation, alternatives, switches) and communicate proactively to hospitals/MPSC/DHSC.
Governance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement- Adherence to weekly and monthly reporting schedules ensuring all data accurate and up to date with suggestions for improvement.
About you You are detail-oriented, methodical, and thrive on ensuring compliance in a fast-paced environment and are used to working to strict KPIs. You enjoy collaborating with partners and colleagues. With strong problem-solving skills and a diplomatic approach, you can confidently balance business needs. Skills/Experience- Experience in UK pharmaceutical hospital business or NHS hospital procurement/commercial environment (typically 1-3 years).
- Working understanding of NHS frameworks/tendering, hospital buying routes, and wholesaler channels.
- Strong analytical capability with Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and comfortable working with sales/wholesaler datasets.
