Head of Marketing

We’re looking for a commercially minded Head of Marketing to build and lead the entire marketing function — from brand awareness through to performance and ROI.

This is a hands-on strategic role with full ownership of the marketing engine. You’ll shape brand identity, lead go-to-market activity, and drive measurable growth across the UK before supporting international expansion.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead and scale a high-performing marketing team
• Define and execute full-funnel strategy (brand, paid media, influencer, partnerships, PR)
• Own marketing P&L and deliver measurable ROI
• Drive UK launch activity and future global expansion
• Develop campaigns that resonate within the functional fitness space
• Use data to optimise performance and growth

About You

• 5-6+ years in marketing across brand and performance
• Experience managing teams and agencies
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset
• Passionate about fitness and high-growth environments
• Strategic but happy to execute
