We are seeking highly motivated, hard working, ambitious individuals to fill openings in our direct sales department. Over the past decade, Vivint has installed customized smart home systems and green energy solar systems in more than 1 million homes. Creating a unique system for each individual home takes a personal touch, which is why so many customers prefer our in-home sales approach. We employ some of the most talented sales people across the country.

We have a 5 step PROVEN training process that guides prospects through the training process and eventually landing them in a management position within our company. Our average sales manager (200+ managers) makes $256,000 annually. We have the tools to guide the right people to a healthy six figure income.

We are looking for people who are coachable, ambitious, and have a good work ethic. These traits can't be taught. We can however, teach you how to become a leader in your field and reach your personal and professional goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers on a lead basis and cold contacting
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Attend daily sales trainings and accountability meetings
  • Create a relationship with customers to build a referral base to drive production

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to communicate the benefits of our products to potential customers
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
