Salary: £21000 - £24000/annum

Are you looking for a challenging and varied role within Customer Service?

Working for an industry leader in the Marketing Communication & Print Solutions field, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop your career within Customer Service & Account Management. The role is a full time, permanent position paying up to GBP24,000pa dependant on experience.

What will you be doing as an Account Executive?
· Working as part of a team to deliver and manage projects on behalf of clients
· Raising and tracking job briefs, preparing quotations, and managing issues
· Dealing with queries over the phone and via email
· Liaising with internal departments such as production, warehouse and logistics
· Managing invoices for month end purposes
· Support Account Managers and Account Directors

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
· Previous experience within customer services or print management
· Administration experience
· Able to manage multiple projects
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Adaptable to changing environments
· Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office Products

What will you get in return for your work as an Account Executive?
· Salary up to GBP24,000pa dependant on experience
· Full time hours - Monday to Friday 8.30AM - 5PM
