We are seeking an experienced Gas Engineer to operate for Commercial Clients, NHS, Education and on MOD Sites across London.

Skills required

* A highly experienced Has engineer, with a minimum of Gas Safe qualification (essential) NVQ Level2/ 3 (desirable) in plumbing and heating.

* An individual who has previously worked within commercial projects, within hospitals, schools, offices, including plant rooms etc.

* You will be able to read drawings efficiently

* You will be used to working unsupervised and on own initiative

* You will also be used to working as part of a team and take supervision/instruction accordingly

* Have a high level of interpersonal skills to be able to build relationships with clients

* You will have a “can do” attitude, working to deadlines, be focused, passionate about your work and have the ability to work under pressure when needed

* You will be willing be flexible with your working hours and work patterns as night work may occasionally be required

* Full Driving licence

Roles and responsibilities

* Installation and maintenance of a range of systems within client's premises, primarily in commercial settings, including schools, hospitals, offices etc.

* Meet & maintain high quality standards

* Work in a safe and controlled manner, following all necessary internal health & safety processes and client specific site requirements

* Review RAMS produced; and as a Supervisor (SSSTS)

* Ensure you manage and maintain any risk, controls in the working environment to maintain colleagues and public's safety

* Raise project concerns with project manager.

Schedule:

* Monday -Friday 08:00am - 5:00pm

Education:

* Certificate of Higher Education (required)

* Gas Safe Registration

* SSSTS (desired)

Experience:

* Gas Installation & Maintenance: 3 years (required)

Salary

* £45,000-£55,000 per annum (depending on experience)
