About the Role

As Principal BMS Engineer, you will take full accountability for the design, coordination, and delivery of Building Management System (BMS) solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, SMEs, and multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring that every element of our BMS delivery meets the highest technical standards.

This is a senior, client-facing role with significant influence across project direction, design strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you’ll do:

• Lead BMS design packages, documentation & specs
• Work closely with clients, SMEs & project teams
• Review tenders, technical submissions & O&M manuals
• Drive technical excellence, innovation & coordinated design
• Mentor junior engineers and support team development
