What You’ll Be Doing
🔹 Maintaining cleanliness & hygiene in the kitchen, ensuring high standards are met
🔹 Washing and organizing cutlery, crockery, glassware, and kitchen equipment
🔹 Assisting chefs with basic food preparation & stock management
🔹 Disposing of waste correctly and following strict food hygiene regulations
🔹 Keeping kitchen areas organized, safe, and ready for service
🔹 Working as part of a team to ensure smooth meal service
What We’re Looking For
✔ A hardworking, reliable individual with a positive attitude
✔ Experience as a Kitchen Porter is desirable but not essential – full training provided
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow health & safety regulations
✔ A team player who takes pride in their work and has a strong work ethic
✔ Commitment to maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in a professional kitchen

Venue-Specific Information
✅ Applicants must be 18+
✅ Candidates must be available for a 7-day rota with flexible hours between 06:30 am - 16:30pm
✅ Hours are not guaranteed weekly, but additional work may be available across our 119 venues in London
✅ This role is not suitable for students on a 20-hour work visa, as it requires consistent year-round availability
