MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE - PART TIME

We are working with an incredibly successful and renowned organisation within the Legal sector who have an excellent established reputation throughout Yorkshire. Our client has several offices, and they are open to which you are based at. All their offices are based in, and around of York (Central, North, and East of the city).

Please note that you must have a driving licence and access to your own car to be considered for this role.

WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW:

• Part time - 3 or 4 days per week with Friday being one of the ideal days of work.

• Salary is dependent on experience - IRO of £25k to £28k pro rata, plus bonus scheme.

A SNAPSHOT OF THE MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE’S DAY:

You will be working directly with the Head of Marketing with a variety of duties:

• Manage the social media channels to ensure content is engaging and well planned.
• Maintain and update the website content.
• Assist with the creation of blogs, newspaper columns, and press releases.
• Assist with the creation of content for internal communications including the intranet portal ensuring a positive employer message.
• Assist with the organisation and promotion of internal and external events.
• Monitor and responding to online reviews.
• Monitor and measure website traffic using Google Analytics.
• Working with other teams in the business such as HR on internal communications and recruitment campaigns.

• You will have at least 3 years of professional experience within a Marketing and / or Communications role.
• Good working knowledge of social media channels.
• Having an interest in design, photography, and copywriting is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
• Knowledge or understanding of Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Canva and website management systems would be beneficial.
• A positive and proactive approach to work, with a can-do approach in supporting people.
• You must have a driving licence and access to your own car.
• Right to work in the UK.
