What you'll be doing as a Vehicle Technician:

Servicing and repairing a variety of makes and models - no two days are the same
Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs
MOT prep and general maintenance
Completing documents 
What they're looking for in a Vehicle Technician:

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance
Experience working as a Vehicle Technician in a garage or dealership environment
Electric vehicle experience would be a real bonus - but not essential
MOT licence would be handy too, but again, not a dealbreaker
Someone who takes pride in their work and doesn't cut corners
