We are seeking an outstanding and committed Art specialist to lead a thriving Art department at a leading independent school for girls, located on the outskirts of Bristol. This is a rare leadership opportunity to oversee the delivery of an ambitious curriculum, lead a team of dedicated teachers, and curate regular exhibitions and cross-school projects.

The department covers fine art, sculpture, digital photography, and mixed media. The successful candidate will have a clear vision for arts education, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to inspire students across all key stages, including preparation for top art schools and creative careers.

Experience and Qualifications
• Degree in Art or related field, with QTS or equivalent
• Proven experience teaching Art to A-Level with strong results
• Leadership experience desirable, or readiness to step up into HoD
• Ability to lead a team and maintain high standards of creative excellence
• Legal right to work in the UK
