The Role:

Teach a KS1 class with creativity and care

Plan and deliver fun, inclusive lessons that meet the needs of all learners

Support children in building key literacy, numeracy, and social skills

Create a calm, structured, and encouraging learning environment

Track progress and use data to guide your teaching and support

Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents

Get involved in wider school life—from enrichment activities to team projects

Who We're Looking For:

A qualified teacher (QTS essential)

Experience teaching KS1 or relevant placement experience for ECTs

Someone warm, reflective, and enthusiastic about early years learning

A solid understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective classroom strategies

Strong classroom management and clear communication skills

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
