We’re recruiting on behalf of a long-established, customer-focused vehicle rental business looking for a confident and service-driven Rental Sales Agent. This is a great opportunity to join a welcoming team where you’ll support customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs, manage the rental process from start to finish, and help maintain smooth operations within the branch.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understanding their requirements and recommending suitable rental options
- Completing rental agreements and processing payments accurately
- Carrying out pre-rental vehicle checks
- Clearly explaining rental terms, insurance options, and add-on services
- Suggesting value-adding extras to enhance the customer experience
- Resolving customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Working with colleagues to ensure vehicle availability and branch efficiency
- Staying informed about vehicle features and industry trends
What We’re Looking For
- Outstanding customer service skills with the confidence to achieve sales goals
- Ability to gather accurate customer information and make informed decisions
- A team player with flexibility to support various departments
- Reliability, including flexibility to work weekends and busy periods
- A full, clean UK driving licence
- Backgrounds in sales, customer service or administration are all welcomed
