My client is looking specifically for Estate agents / Letting Agents or Ex estate/lettings agents that may want to make the transition into the SaaS world and have worked with the likes of Reapit and PayProp systems.

Reporting to the Head of Sales in the UK, you would:

* Own full 360 sales cycle — prospect, lead qualification, close new business.

* Actively sourcing and qualifying leads through cold calls, research, LinkedIn outreach, events, and industry intel.

* Understanding and articulating the clients platform value proposition to a wide range of prospective customers.

* Building strong lasting relationships with key decision makers in estate/letting agencies.

* Handling objections confidently and creatively.

* Demonstrating software solutions (with support) and managing a sales process.

* Keeping your pipeline, activity and forecasting up to date (using Hubspot).

The role is specifically targetting Estate / Letting agents that have an interest in software sales rather than those already in a SaaS sales role
