As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll be a key part of a dynamic and caring team, supporting children and young people with Autism and associated needs. Every day brings new opportunities to help students grow in confidence, independence, and joy.

Your day might include:

• Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups
• Helping with emotional regulation and sensory needs
• Assisting with learning activities tailored to individual EHCPs
• Creating a safe, structured, and engaging classroom environment
• Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families

• Experience or interest in working with Autism and SEN
• A calm, patient, and positive attitude
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for inclusive education
• Bonus: Experience with PECS, Makaton, or sensory integration strategies

• A supportive and friendly school community
