Are you an experienced payroll professional with bureau experience, looking for your next step? We're working with a fast-paced payroll provider seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently process and input large volumes of payroll data from multiple clients using specialised payroll software, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
Support the accurate calculation and verification of employee net pay in accordance with current tax regulations and payroll legislation.
Assist with mandatory reporting duties, including electronic submissions to government bodies and managing client payment obligations.
Work closely with pension providers to facilitate automatic enrolment processes and adapt to ongoing regulatory updates.
Ensure all payroll-related documentation and records are maintained thoroughly and updated regularly to uphold data accuracy and compliance.
✅ Candidate Profile:

At least 2 years' experience working within a payroll bureau or similar multi-client payroll environment.
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a deadline-focused, high-volume environment without compromising accuracy.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on delivering a positive client experience.
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable navigating payroll systems as well as standard office software.
Motivated to continue learning and developing professionally, with openness to obtaining recognised payroll qualifications such as CIPP.
