Recruit UK is working with a well-established Wealth Management firm based near Cambridge to recruit an IFA Administrator to join their growing client support team.
As an IFA Administrator, you will work closely with Financial Advisers to provide comprehensive administrative support. Your responsibilities will include processing new business, liaising with product providers, handling client and provider correspondence, maintaining accurate records, providing post-meeting administrative support, and assisting with a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the advisory process.

Skills and experience required:
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in an administrative role within an IFA firm
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A strong understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience using Intelliflo office or The Openwork Partnership ConcertHub is highly advantageous
