An established warehouse in Kettering is looking for an FLT Reach & Counterbalance Driver's to join their team. The successful candidate will work within a small team, supporting replenishment, loading/unloading, and general warehouse duties. This is an ongoing role.
Shifts and Pay:
Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:00
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Operate Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
- Load and unload goods from vehicles using Counterbalance
- Put away stock into racking locations using Reach Truck
- Pick and move stock accurately within the warehouse
- Carry out stock checks and ensure inventory accuracy
- Follow all site health and safety procedures
- Support with general warehouse duties when required
Requirements:
- Valid Reach Truck and Counterbalance licences
- Previous FLT & warehouse experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Proactive and reliable attitude
- Ability to carry out manual handling tasks
